I made a macro to "loop" the route:
I can share the macro and my Route (.gpx File) if you want ... but i think its not that hard .. and you learn a bit while doing stuff like this ...
a) Preperation:
1. Start your Route with the Play-Button in the Swipe-Down Menu
Attachment 27398
2. Just let the Route run or pause it .. doesnt matter - as long as there are the 2 Buttons
Attachment 27399
3. Close the Swipe-Menu
b) Recording the Macro:
1. Open the Nox-Integrated Macro Recorder
2. Record in following order:
2.1 Swipe down to get the Lockito Buttons
2.2. Wait 1-2 Sec.
2.3 Click on Stop
2.4. Wait 1-2 Sec.
2.5. Click On Start/Play
2.6. Wait 1-2 Sec.
2.7. Swipe up to Close the Menu
2.8. Wait 1-2 Sec.
2.9 Stop recording the macro
c) Configure the Macro:
1. Rename the Macro to "Loop Route" or whatever
2. Click on the Config Icon
3. Select the second Radio-Button (Press Stop to end .. or something like that .. i have the german UI to play the game in german ..)
4.Set the Interval to 300 Seconds ( 5 Minutes, you can lower the Value if you know the excact PokeStop-Respawntime)
5. Save it.

d) What route?:
1. I have a Route with 21 PokeStops. I set the speed in Lockito to 15 km/h - the real speed is 14 km/h (you see it in the Swipe-Down Menu if the Route is active)
2. My Route needs 320 seconds to reach the end with this speed.
3. Just be sure that you Route is longer than the set Interval (else it finishes the route and you maybe land the the Lockito App if the Route-Loop triggers)
e) How to start the loop?:
1. Zoom out in Pokemon Go
2. Click on the Route-Loop Macro in Nox
3. Wait for the macro to swipe up to close the menu
4. Hit F4 to start the Click-Macro
Notes:
Start the Loop and watch it to see if your timings are correct and to see that it "restarts" the route with the macro.
I started the Loop before i went to bed. I woke up and i was still running ..
I get about 1k per Loop ( 21 Stops á 50 XP ) - ~12k per hour.
