It's a server bug, a soft ban works differently, although does effectively do the same thing.

That's what I thought. I guess there's nothing else to do other than waiting it out.

Im literally stuck at point 7... i cant download one of these two in Google Play. DF-DLA-15 error with maps and "Authority is required." with Lockito.
I tried everything.

You can try downloading the APK files and installing them manually. I had the same error and this fixed it.

I'm having a problem when I log in and I'm in Sydney everything is just blank, like all grass. Nothing around me. Did i miss a step or mess a step up?

Make sure you change Performance Settings to High and your Root is on in System Settings with Nox

Since Pokemon can detect this..

After the Android is up again, we open "Xposed Installer" for the last time, we go into "Modules" and we click the "Mock Mock Location" , we disable the ✓ next to "All apps" we click "Add app" and look for Pokemon Go. Then go back to our Android home screen.

That's all I did to get it working really. I wouldn't do anything the original post doesn't say.

Nope, it seems like the servers are just down for everyone. I'm having the same issue myself.

First post on OwnedCore, because I can't update Pokemon GO :/
Some people said it can be updated trough the Play Store, but I can't find it in the PS because I live in France ( still not available here )
Is there any way to update it, or to change my account location ?

The updated APK file will probably be available very soon. The servers are all down right now anyways.

so my game isnt glitched the servers really are down? i just installed for the first time transfering from bluestacks and all im getting is the server is down rn messages

I keep getting "failed to detect player location". Pretty sure the install everything worked. I started fresh with new google account, so I got to the naming portion and it tells me to walk around but I haven't been able to get past this point. any ideas?

Hey guys, I need some help. Not sure what happened but Nox stopped working for me completely. Everything i open just gives me this same error. It was working fine all day yesterday. I reinstalled Nox already and still not working.

I had that error, I didn't want to bother finding proper solution so i just completetely deleted/reinstalled it. Still not sure what causes it.
