tap W or whichever direction you want like 10 times in a row really fast

Change the location from Sydney in the GPS spoofer before you open Pokemon.

The tracking on the bottom right is really odd. Nothing goes under 3 steps. I could have a pokemon right next to me it would still say 3.

No one else experiencing this issue?

did you change the gps location from what it was set as? its default to sydney, so if you were in the states or somewhere else and logged in you probably got softbanned and have to wait a few hours to try again.

I thought that, then realised that if you turn the map to look at something it doesnt register as you going in that direction anymore. Like north will be east and so on.

Look at the little compass on the map, the red part is north so if its facing south you press south to go north and so on.
