Open the settings and put the following:

Base Layer: Google Roads
All Level 1-9 portals: Yes
Fields: No

A faster and probably better way to do this is installing it for your desktop instead. Then download IITC through script plugin like Greasemonkey for Firefox and then install the PoGo plugin from this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemongo/c...ut_that_local/

They key being "on your phone" in the thread title. Doing it on your pc is quick enough with the standard ingress intel tools.

EDIT: Never mind, I forgot to switch the base layer to Google Roads as described in the OP.
