After a couple days / weeks this message will disappear and if all go well the account keep working. Otherwise they would ban you right away.

Yes i can as long you don't use 3rd party bots on it. My experience is if they are 100% sure it is botted they ban directly, if you get a warning they are not 100% sure and will not ban it.
