Update:
Seller replied through PM, and did give me another account, but it would not open either.
So seller gave me a third account, but it only contained 12 pokemon, and none is 100%. It has minimal candy count and stardust.
Then the seller gave me a fourth account. It has 12 of 100% IV pokemon, but has low candy count, and just about all of the pokemon in the inventory got slashes.The account in not "2016 BANSAFE" as advertised, because it was created in March 2017.
I asked for a full refund or replacement 2 days ago, and the seller stopped responding.
I will wait patiently, before giving feedback, because he had been trying to fulfill his order, although still fell short of his advertised item.
I will edit or update my posts when/if seller gets in touch with me.
Update:
Seller got back to me. He refunded the entire purchase price.

HE IS A LEGIT SELLER! I will buy again from him.
