Cannot run POE2 as limited user

Everything is exactly the same as with PoE 1:
1. Win+R -> compmgmt.msc -> Enter
2. Create a local user without administrator rights, for example "user";
3. Restrict access to everything except the catalog with the game;
4. Create a shortcut for PoE 2, in the object field, by changing the device name and the path to the executable file to its own values:

C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:device_name\user /savecred "D:\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExile.exe"

I'm having trouble setting this up, i created a new USER on windows, I go into the steam/common folders and find Pathofexile2 folder, i created a shortcut of the POE.x64
I right click and go into properties and change the target to
C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:NEWUSERNAME\user /savecred "D:\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExile.exe"
and nothing happens besides a cmd window asking for a password?
I click enter and nothing happpens besides window closing.
i Also changed the location to my poe2 folder in the "D:\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExile.exe" part of the command

Решение найдено, для ошибки ввода пароля.
Нужно в зайти в групповые политики windows и там отключить «Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only» («Ограничить использование пустых паролей только для консолей входа»)

1. Нажмите кнопку «Пуск», выберите пункт «Выполнить», введите команду gpedit.msc и нажмите кнопку OK, чтобы запустить редактор объектов групповой политики. 3
2. Откройте раздел «Конфигурация компьютера» → «Конфигурация Windows» → «Параметры безопасности» → «Локальные политики» → «Параметры безопасности» → «Учётные записи». 3
3. Дважды щёлкните элемент «Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only» («Ограничить использование пустых паролей только для консолей входа»). 3
4. Выберите «Отключён» и нажмите кнопку OK. 3
5. Закройте редактор групповой политики. 3

4. Select "Disabled" and click OK. 3
5. Close the Group Policy Editor. 3

For Steam version you should start Steam as limited user
