GGG has announced that all uniques and alternate art uniques will have 3D art which also means it will be possible to skin them using the skin MTX in PoE1 and wear them in both PoE1 & PoE2 since the mtx will eventually all be crossplatform!

The following items can be traded in Hardcore or killed and transfered to Softcore leagues.
