exilecore2 - how to work out to find offsets?

Hi, I am quite new with PoE2 but I understand a bit reverse engineering memory <> python scripts (cheat engine type of stuff), recently I installed the exilecore2 and I see some address there, is there a way from those address workout to find the offsets? Using CE I managed to find the pointer with offsets to the HP but is way far from what I can have with exilecore2, I am just trying to work out and understand better how to reverse engineer stuff.

let's say my base address is

Base Address: 0x7FF66EA10000 (Poe2.exe)

if the exilecore2 says that the player address is 270DCEB4A10, is there a way to find the offset just based on that?
