Thanks for sharing, just tested but can't seem to make it work
Press Backup, then continue -> no backup created (already tried to run as admin as well)
No backup created -> cannot Patch

It shouldn't need to be ran as administrator, I just tried a fresh install and there does seem to be something odd going on ill post an update soon

Have you considered doing this for Items. Like adds fire damage red ice cold or movement speed gold ect... ect..?

Sorry i think the steam version uses a different file structure, i use the stand alone client.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, but if you want to turn them back off just use the restore button, to restore the original files. Alternatively if you only want certain mods to be colored uncheck them in the mods list and patch again.

ah I mean, ability to turn off some rendered effect in game ^^ (like the delirium fog, spark, etc)
I think those effect is in the Content.ggpk as well
Ah also, the mod is highlighted perfectly on waystone, but some of them is not highlighted while you're in the map (pressing Tab)
Like the rarity and quantity

All inside the "settings.json" file, you can also check the poe2db website for more waystone mods.
