The message is clear if I think I know what you mean exactly. It means your game files are corrupted. Run PackCheck.exe or verify game files. Otherwise re-download the game.

This can happen when you patch the game on an update - GGG's patching has errors. Believe it or not.

Best thing to do is - download clean and keep a backup just in case. Many people patch their game before restoring defaults.

I know Cloudflare works most of the time, but having a dedicated server on the mainland would be a great addition.

I am sorry for your trouble but you got banned for something else - you are a singular report and you most likely RMT in the past or did some instance crashing for duping or botting.

5.4 is out for testing now. Update to it and see how it works. I added several new servers depending on your region. It should solve all connections issues for good.

Always keep in mind using a VPN or disabling it. For some regions in China it might be "complicated" ^^.

if you heard of bans - those are because of instance crashing to dupe items or simply RMT/botting. one other possibility is of course the use of un-safe programs.

there are no reported bans because of assistant. all good here! ^^
