Possible scam

So Leshez (this is his profile - http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/memb...28-leshez.html) ordered a powerleveling service for $35 from me on June 19. At that time he had some issues with his card and assured me that he will be getting a new debit/credit card around the end of the month and that's when he will pay me. Seeing that he had some sales threads/being donator I decided to trust him and do the leveling and get my payment afterwards. I finished the leveling and waited patiently till the end of the month. Tried asking him if he has received his new card, but there was no response. Decided to wait a little more and tried again, but again no response. I figured that maybe(highly doubtful, but still maybe) he didn't see that I've written to him on skype, so I sent him a message on ownedcore, but there was no response, yet again. Now I'm sure he has seen both my skype messages and my PMs because few minutes after I wrote to him on skype/PM on ownedcore, he opened a thread for renting a WoD account(here is the thread http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/mmo-...rental-eu.html) + he was online for quite a while.

I have plenty of proof like skype logs, screenshots of the leveling, but I won't post them for now. I've decided to give him 1-2 days for him to respond and pay for the service.
I'd really appreciate if any admin directs his attention to this thread and asks him to respond on what he plans to do.
I myself definitely prefer to get my money and not tarnish his reputation and that's why I'm giving him a chance to correct himself, however if within 1-2 days even after an admin asks him to respond he doesn't do it I'll post all the proofs, including his character's name etc...

I will ban him as he has chosen to ignore you, if he wishes to be unbanned he must add me on skype after he has sent you the money he owe.

Hopefully he will make the right decision, but at this point seeing that he hasn't even bothered to say a single word I'm doubtful.

I'd say we gave him enough time to respond. If he felt like doing it he would've done it by now. Saw him log on skype few times, so he definitely knows what's going on.
I think you can close this thread and move it to closed cases.
