    Possible (NOT CONFIRMED) Wildstar Account Scam - Kawaii

    Explain what happened: Bought the account (I sent the money first since he seemed trustworthy. I am also a trustworthy seller / buyer with a good amount of feedback on another trading forum. I promptly received all the info and he seemed like a very nice guy. Two days later I attempted to log into the account from my friends computer, but didn't know that Wildstar used an IP system to prevent scammers from getting into your account. The password was then reset for some reason and I contacted him. He keeps giving me the same password, and I have literally copied/pasted, typed the account/password in the exact way that he told me to and I can't log in. Also, he is very slow w/ communication. Takes him a day+ to respond to me.

    Not my problem. You had the email changed by contacting the support of Wildstar, I have no access to the account.

    I will kindly ask you to remove you negative reputation since this is not my fault and I have absolutely no access to the account 6/18/2014

    And I lost access to the account on June 11th, you replied on the 12th with the info.

    I lost access to the account on June 11th and never regained access to it. You were able to access it on the 15th.

    I don't see how you can log onto the account and I can't, even though I copy and pasted the same exact acct and password that you gave me.

    You saying that "you have no access to the account", makes no sense, unless by you no longer having access to the account means that you sold it to someone else after recalling the account from my posession.

    I will remove the negative feedback when you provide adequate proof that you cannot access the account or retrieve the account that I paid for in any way.

    Those messages were 3 days ago, you never messaged me since. You have access to the account. Also you did contact support because before it was off of my email I got the email stating the ticket was closed.

    I didn't submit any ticket at all, I left the account how it was. Wasn't able to sign in after I logged in from my friends house which is why I requested the new password.

    So based on what happened.

    You're not the original owner because if a ticket (which I don't get because I didn't put in any ticket at all) went in to have the e-mail changed, it would go to you no? Something that you never mentioned to me.

    The account never had "12 months" on it. The subscription was "active" on it, but not paid for which means that you could've taken the 12 months off at any time before it renewed. So you basically advertised the account as having 12 months of play time on it, which it did not until it re-billed and it could've been cancelled at any time by getting the account recalled.

    So I'm pretty much out of an account and the $65 I paid for it.

    You're pretty active on these forums, but when I try to contact you on skype it takes you anywhere from 1-2 days to respond.

    Whatever, it's fine, I'm tired of trying to get the account back.

    I am the original owner, and infact I had a wildstar shop on this site. You sent in a ticket to change the email and it was successfully changed so now you think you can make a fake scam report about me to get your money back, you're wrong.

    Now, I'd appreciate it if you closed this threat and removed the negative reputation from me. Thank you

    Okay, let me write down in number format so you can understand what I'm trying to say.

    1. I bought the account.
    2. I signed in, worked for two days.
    3. I tried to sign in from my friends computer, IP protection thing blocked me from accessing the account.
    4. Went home, changed my information (address, etc etc.)
    5. Played that night and went to sleep.
    6. Next day, woke up tried to login: received "We were unable to verify your login. Either your login information was entered incorrectly, or the account system is currently unavailable. Please check the normal downtime schedule and announcements."
    7. I messaged you, you replied the next day with the new password, it didn't work.
    8. I sent another password change, you said you didn't receive it and that you could log in with the password that you gave me before.
    9. I kept trying over and over again to get into the account with the password you gave me. Didn't work.


    I never ONCE threatened you OR asked for my money back. I asked for ACCESS to the ACCOUNT back which you still obviously had on JUNE 15. I lost ACCESS to the ACCOUNT on JUNE 11. That's a FOUR DAY gap of where you had access to the account and I did not.

    Now, I'd appreciate it if you provide adequate proof that you do not have access to the account and that I was not scammed out of the account, thank you. Only then will I remove the negative feedback. I don't even care about the account or money at this point. The fact that you're trying to turn this into making it seem like it was MY fault is what's aggravating me. Dealing with you is like dealing with Blizzard's support system.
