Explain what happened: Bought RBG rating boost, was told it was safe and was perma banned less than 24 hours later

Proof:

Seller said he would replace account and refund if I gave proof, I forwarded the blizzard ban email to him and gave screenshots of me trying to log in with our skype convo on the page, he said this wasnt proof enough and has given ho help or compensation.
