I think i got scammed by him I just got a fake paypal gift payment from him. Is there anything I should due Paypal ssays i sent him a refund as gift which cant be cause I don't know how to invoice someone. So i cant get refunded but I was able to open a case in resolution center.

If you got scammed open a case he actually gave me a refund idk if he'll do it for you though. Make sure the case has this link in it. Also i can have a screen shot of proof admitting to fraud if you want.
