Explain what happened: On the 10th, I decided to buy 36 referrals to get the warwick skin and get closer to the 50 referrals milestone. So I chose him, because his last work was fast and there were no delays. I bought the referrals and 6 days after there are not leveled up at all, so I decided to contact him via skype and email, but no response at all. I don't think he will ever answer me, because I wrote him 2 days ago and he hasnt even accepted the skype request.
