Explain what happened: I ordered a Heroic Garrosh kill plus the Kor'kron Juggernaut mount, was told it would be done a certain day, was never contacted about it, have since been told it will be done multiple times and have still never been contacted about it, now am no longer receiving responses from their customer support.
