Explain what happened: Paid 15 USD over Skrill to Allerya for a ROS key. He took the money and then claimed there was a problem.

Banned this ****er, i tried to resolve the issue, after 6 days of his lies i just went all out and confronted him. He blocked me off skype.

Just an update, looks like he has changed his name to "random" and location to uganda on skype.
