Sucks you got scammed, but honestly, taking that big of a risk on over $100? You knew he didn't have an account here and he wasn't reputable. At this point the best you can probably do is take this as a learning experience, and not let people make a "one-time" exception to your rule.

I can get your money back for you. Call Paypal about the dispute and tell them it was digital goods, and to prevent this from ever happening again... make the buyer make a note that says... For digital WoW goods.

Glad to hear it's been returned! Paypal has been getting a LOT of bad press lately and I think it has moderately affected them that they are attempting to not always be on the buyer's side these days.

Too bad these scumbags can't be sent a quick "go straight to jail" punishment, as they often are in various countries already.
