The evidence seems to be more or less solid. Not to mention the accused user has had several complains about this exact topic previously (scam)
It seems rather reckless to let him keep going right now. Regular users have a scary way of showing waaay to much trust in contributors. The fact that you can PAY to let your title say "professional seller" does not help at all.

Give Resp3ctcho some peace of mind and finish this now.

I agree. However I don't see any good reason to post his family's information in a public forum like this. As someone already pointed out, they are innocent and has nothing to do with the matter.
Though, feel free to send his mother a personal message on Facebook explaining what his son is up to.

Watcher usually do post more "sensitive" information, once the scammer has been marked as a scammer without reasonable doubt.
I have no clue if he will take a gander at this or not. But I see no reason for him not to, as I believe this isn't marked as solved yet, as Eryxon stated "when he has sorted this [...]"
Personally I would have gone ahead and done a IF, but OK, fair enough

Though seeing as Eryxon is "only" ( ) a moderator, and watcher is actually dedicated to dealing with this particular stuff he will hopefully do his thing in case the user has mule accounts and such.

If nothing happens you could always shoot him a PM here and ask him to take a look. Though for all we know the accused user might come through and pay you back, but I really don't find it likely as he has already stated that he is broke.

I am with Eryxon on this. We are working together and posting people their info that fast will not solve anything. And seems you already got info about him. And should not have any problem getting back the ammount that was scammed.

What i do is give him a dead line. If he can't pay the scammed ammount back in a certain time then i give the scammer his family/parents a call. Not threaten them or anything but just informing what the scammer is doing in his free time. And keep on getting more and more of his friends/family involved and make use of them to annoy the scammer to pay back etc.

Because coconetz is ignoring the issue to fix it. Or make deadlines with resp3ctcho to give the gold or money back. I will add some info about him in the thread.
