Explain what happened: So I wanted to sell my gold and this guy came to me with offer. We decide the price and amount of gold he want to buy , then I send him SS with my gold in guildbank and he send me the money in my paypal account. When I logged in my paypal account there was 105 euro in "UNDER REVIEW" and I told him to wait for
the money to get paid. Then this guy start to spam me for that Im scammer and he want to refund him the money but they were not still my account and I cant do nothing .

So, let me see if I get this right. You basically scammed him because you guessed he was going to scam you? And you proceed to call him a scammer because he did a chargeback on PayPal because you didn't give him what he paid for?

Lol I made alot of trades and never see this when the guy send me the paypemnt to show "UNDER REVIEW" ! After that he wanted to refund him the money that he know Im not recieved yet? U can chek hes skype in google, there is a threat in other forum from other guy"not me ofc its 4 days ago" .

I don't sell gold, and that's not the issue here.

Anyway, you can't call someone a scammer when he did chargeback on his payment to you when you didn't give him what he paid for.
