Well firstly, I asked him his characters, and went through that whole spiel.
Druid: Aphorator @ Frostmourne - Community - World of Warcraft
Hunter: Aphorain @ Saurfang - Community - World of Warcraft
Warlock: Aphoration @ Saurfang - Community - World of Warcraft
Paladin: Adelphiaa @ Saurfang - Community - World of Warcraft

Those are his characters, and then we talked on skype, and I sent him the money.. Which I was reluctant to do in the first place. But he said he had all information, and I.D. But come to find out he had nothing of the sort. I was giving him a chance, and I failed and got scammed.

I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I made a paypal dispute, and he did post on the dispute that there is no refund option. So I'm sure that paypal will favor with me on this one. He is an aspiring graphic designer from New Zealand, and I don't know why he would want his name in this type of mess, that can jeopardize his future.

Wow what a douchebag. Im sorry. Similar thing happened to me. Paypal will not favor you, they always favor the seller in matters of digital sales. If the seller RESPONDS to your claim and DISAGREES with you, you're screwed. Try contacting your credit card company.
