Added him on Skype, talked about the amount and then agreed. Traded all my items / currency. Then he blocked me on Skype, and never paid.

But your screen shot is " bigbuyer001 -repping OwnedCore " , its not me ,he impersonating me, he is a scammer

There are many scammers ,they always impersonating other buyers
Please be carefull to add buyers' skype , usually u have to request a private message before u want to deal with buyers
