Well, this guy is from Philipine. They make $200-300 USD per month, so it`s a huge amount moeny he got from this scam. When the transaction is too much compare to their normal earning, then it`s dangerous. Never send WU to those individuals in third world country unless they are big company with proven record of trades

This guy has to be a multi or friend of some long time OCer. He joined on 11/26/2013 and he got his reps up in like 1 week. It`s all planned ahead. Mod please check all the flipino Ocers here and find connection.

for the record i gave him rep because he has contributed some good tips against scammers even watcher gave him rep also. also your comment against the philippines as a third world country is true but not necessary. the tips he gave he has edited so clearly something is wrong

I might a short version of what happened to me with Cadver as well then:

I see more people talking to Cadver about Wildstar beta keys, this aint looking good for me either.. *sigh*

I made a payment to Cadver through WU (75 USD) that he picked up almost two days ago at their office.
He told me his paypal wasnt working and he seemed legit (with the previous sales, comments from "trusted" members etc)
and for the fact that we started talking on december 3rd.

I patiently waited for him to get down to the WU-office, take out the money, get home and send me the key. It was in
the middle of the night here and I sat up a couple of extra hours just to be sure so he didnt come home and tried to
PM me on skype. Later, I went to bed to get some sleep and woke up after just 4 hours sleep to check skype, OC-forums - and
I got a message in the middle of the night (my time) when I was sleeping and couldnt respond.

I contacted him in the morning to see if he could send me the key then, but he wasnt there - he was out buying food.
I was told this by his "room-mate" (?) named: "Jimmy" to whom I continued to talk to for the next 20hours+ or so.
Giving me excuses on Cadvers behalf, telling me that his paypal was working (while Cadver told me it didnt) and that he just needed the cash in his hand to go to a party.

I told "Jimmy" help Cadver out and send me the key instead (through e-mail or even on skype in a jpeg or something) -
but he couldnt for some strange reason. Either it was the internet-café that Cadver owned and "Jimmy" was at one of those
computers and wouldnt access his e-mail as it was "unsafe" and alot of different password. This continued on for a long time...
hours passed and I wanted frequent updates on when Cadver was getting home... I got responses like "3 hours and he will go home"..
"not more then 2 hours" .. then all of the sudden it was "dont worry, you get your key today".. time passed..
I was getting annoyed as hell and got that gut-feeling..

I trusted him for that amount of time because his trades on OC, and his room-mate "Jimmy" that was practically
talking to me all the time.. Why would he even try to fool people when he has done several "legit" trades before
here on the forums? It doesnt make sense.

I can provide a total skype conversation and a screenshot of the wu-reciept if needed. I wont let stuff like this
go unturned - if he doesnt send me that wildstar beta key (probably stupid for even thinking I will get it, but its Wildstar
for gods sake) I will do anything I can to help the rest of you guys to get this guy off ownedcore and every other site that
he is on - so he doesnt fool and scam other people.

This is what I wrote together earlier while it was still fresh in my head.

First and last time I do payments/transactions through WU. It's not about the money (though it stinks letting them slide away to some random scammer like him) - I just wanted a freaking WS-key.

Hope the rest of you guys and you mods/admins here on OC take care of this in a good way. People like him (and his companions here on OC?) shouldnt be allowed here or anywhere else.

This scumbag also scamed a friend of mine,dont know the ways for moderators to ban him for good,but i hope they will think of something.Hope he dont just come back with new nickname and tons of reputation and just continue to scam people.

Everyone look out for his new Skype name "brecadver" Not very original, but still -_- Hope this clown gets caught for good. I managed to get my money back through the fraud dept. of the credit card company at least.

It is his real name already done a background check on it.
