I contacted him on skype (Images are in the Proof Section) and asked him about 2 Hearthstone Beta Keys. He ensured me that he has 2. Upon proof requirement he send me a "screenshot" of a Facebook Message from some Guy working for a Game Company.
Apparently he got his keys via Promotions on Facebook Pages. (I contacted the Guy showed in the Pictures below too).
After he gave me his paypal email i wired the money (Pictures attached) and then he went offline.. Just offline..

Ofcourse i went to Buyers Protection on Paypal and upon requestion a refund he TEXTED paypal with a message that "he send me the code and i forced a refund to scam ON HIM"....

He was online on ownedcore for about 20 minutes, in which i send him a private message... without getting a response ofcourse.. And then he went offline here too..

Sorry to hear that mate. Luckily you should be able to get the money back from Paypal without any real issue. When it comes to virtual goods, the buyer almost always wins the charge-back

Please could you also upload screenshots of the full conversation + transaction? Makes it alot easier for the mods aswell.
A mod will review this case shortly but please read these guides in the meanwhile to prevent getting scammed, trust me they help alot if you read them out carefully.

Vihannes has been notified. And i wonder how his brother Matthias would respond if he got contacted. If you got problems getting your money back with paypal send me a pm. Then will go after him.

I gave him 24 hours on skype. He is getting reported to belgium authorities they are going hard on scammers there. And i got all the family names and friends that all will be added in 24 hours. And informed about his activities if he does not give the money back.

He is trying to ignore me on skype. But ignoring me would not help anything as i will give him a phonecall as he does not live to far from me.
