I think best thing is for us trusted traders ask the people on Skype to post on our WTB/WTS threads before we even reply them here on OwnedCore , in order to avoid such cases.
Another lesson I learn today thanks to this thread. Still seems no one fault here on this thread (except the scammer tricking both traders) but I'm really sorry for your loss CoLsquirtle.

wow i didnt even know that scammers are capable of doing that now. learned something new about this case which could be helpful in some situations. scammers now a days are getting smart..

i gotto say this scammer really put some effort for a hearthstone key. every dollar they can get they do everything in their power to get. which makes me think why? legit sellers profit more in the long run rather than be a scammer.

So now theres a fake me .. ? I really don't get what you're trying to say.

If you look at the skype chatlog, I ask him on there to reply to me on OwnedCore,
So I send him a message, and he sent it back from his account.

So unless other people have access to his account, it is obviously him.
I don't even know what you're talking about where "fake coLsquirtle" is talking to him?????
I AM talking to him. jeez
should be already sufficiently explain by Watcher's image.(Both talking to the Scammer)

The scammer would ask the victim to post it too. :X In tis case, GodfatherBigpimpen didnt leave the skype name anywhere in all the threads so its hard to verify against the real skype name way. The best way i suggest would be accepting only the quote of a part of the skype conversation in the pm as a valid pm which would unlikely to turn out the same if he wasnt the person ya r speaking wif.

So apparently, looking through your posts, you don't even play hearthstone, yet you're going to accept random skype requests and listen to them to tell u to PM them back.

Where is the proof that you aren't collaborating with him?
