Explain what happened: Sold 9 million FFXIV gil for 90$ and never receive the payment. Buyer made a lot of exclusive that his "boss" is going to send me the payment. 2 days went by and never receive a confirmation from Paypal. I was a little cynical but i trust him cause of the Premium trade stats thread. after he promise that the payment through last night, i never heard from him again. Buyer never went back online. I hope i could receive some compensation if he decided to scam me if i file a dispute but it sort of my fault for being a sucker/fool. I hope admin can I.P ban him to prevent further victims.

Lesson learned... never sell with out getting payment first, no matter WHO they are.

sry for the loss. it is a relatively new account and premium trade thread only cost 5,000 CC/Mth to make so it shouldnt really be used as a guage :X
