Explain what happened:

He wanted to buy a HS beta key from me. First price was 15 eur. but he was only able to buy 2x10 eur paysafe cards and offered me 20 eur. we both agreed on that and he sent me first code. thank god i insta purchased 2 games on steam. then i sent him the code. he confirmed that it worked and sent me second key. i checked on paysafe website and it said it has full balance. i told him not to use that code cus i will wait for some steam sales. he said he wont. few hours later i tried to buy a game and got error that the card doesnt have any money on it. i checked on paysafe website and its balance was 0.0 €. i contacted him but he didnt replied. i googled pingorelho and got plenty accounts with that name (lol, xfire, mobafire, osu,...)
