Explain what happened: He was 'selling' HS beta key, we spoke for abit I sent him money first and he sent me a key that was already been used, he unfriended me on skype as soon as this happened aswell

I can confirm that this guy ( On other account that is banned) tried to scam me by adding false Pr3cious middleman , I gave chatlog on his thread but won't bother with uploading screenshots since I guess this is enough for ban

Also it is stupid that buyer can never prove that seller scammed since seller can say something like "You activated key and lie that it didn't work" and you can't prove opposite Only possible to prove it with recording from moment you send money till you get and try to activate key...

He is too scared to post in the thread after you called him out. He is banned now and his other account and will hunt his future accounts and make living hard for him. If you paid with paypal open a dispute or give them a call. Saying you paid for a service and he did not give it. Don't mention virtual goods. Because fraud team at paypal got no idea how to handle virtual goods. And most of the times just random pick a winner or don't bother with it.
