Explain what happened:

I followed his steps to pay, he emailed the key. The Key was not vaild and he removed me from contacts.

Update. Claims the key was valid (was not ( was tested <1 minute after receiving the key))
Has scammed at least one other person before. Scammed by Zulajayim

He received a message from me. He got 24 hours to act on it then he will get banned too

Thanks. I also spoke to brian the guy who he traded before me. Scammed him as well (apparently).
Picture below, but since he has not supplied proof it's only "hear say".
