Did you use a middleman?: No

Explain what happened: Tried to get a quick beta key for 60$ was something spur of the moment and didn't want to wait on a MM. The guy added me on skype said 60$ for key fine, sent payment and he replied with a pre-claimed key. He showed 2 screen shots of legit emails from blizzard with his skype name next to it but hes obviously already claimed or sold it prior to this. Contacted him on the ******* site and he vouched from the "trusted" account on that forum.

Member Derfuhrer got notified to prove otherwise as it´s not his first scam accusation. And as i been watching him he opened this thread and never bothered to deny that he was not scamming

Edit: And sorry it took so long to respond as i am at the moment on holiday and should be hunting for scammers in 3 days.

Had a chat with Derfuhrer and from the screenshots you posted both of you guys can be wrong. As we can´t do much if you guys keep on ignoring to use a middleman. And if you still ignore to use a middleman because that guy comes up with some fantasy story why he don´t even trust his own father. Then don´t bother with that person it´s simple as that even if the price looks good and you want to give it a try.

Derfuhrer his account is flagged and don´t do any deal with him without using a middleman. This is the best i can do untill i come back from vacation and finish my investigation

Yeah I'm not worried about the money or anything It was my dumb ass fault for not wanting to wait for an MM it's no big deal it happens just want to avoid him hurting others who make the same mistake. Below I added a screen shot of my bnet account showing the time and date that I don't have access to the hearthstone and also the loader that I don't have hearthstone installed if that helps. Also, I could upload the images he used as false security of him getting a beta key if you would like, I just didn't want to get those on a public forum where any would-be-scammer could try to use. If nothing comes of this at-least hes flagged and public knowledge of alleged scams might make people more weary.

Thanx m8, i will have a look at it when i am back from holiday. Derfuhrer is on his last warning if he does business again without a middleman. Because he somehow can´t manage it in his head that he gets accused everytime. And that would let me know that the person is shady if everybody starts accusing him. But when i come back i will run an investigation on him. And he tries to ignore my warnings to use a middleman because he thinks it´s not a must. For him it´s a must and i will make a sticky in the HS section if these reports don´t go down.
