Explain what happened: I paid 105 dollars and he basically said he was going to give me a beta key and he gave me a key but it didnt work. i also contacted a blizzard employee to verify the code, and he said it was invalid as well. I crossed out the invalid code at the bottom. After he sent it he left skype chat immediately

Explain what happened: I was angry at getting scammed just recently so i decided to try someone else. THERES no way i'd get scammed two times in a row. This guy asked for $90 bucks. But this guy never sent a code, just got my money and never responded which is amazing. Then after that he deleted me as a contact. So i lost 190$ in 2 hours and i will probably get it back from paypal in october. If i can get it back. But i would watch out guys, i was stupid, but dont let it happen to you

Didn't learn your first time? =P Always use a middle man if you don't trust the person.

Paypal is typically good at getting money back to you, so it shouldn't be gone forever.

I should have but im a very impulsive person. when i want a game i try and get it lol. i learned my lesson. heres the screen shot of me talking to a blizzard employee.

Ah man, that sucks, but like Sychotix has said already, use a MM next time, and good luck with paypal, just remember to upload your proof, or else you'll probably have no chance of getting it back. Paypal usually just discards the word vs word cases.

KobeBryant24 is banned now and mxzeal has been notified. And can you take another screenshot of the skype chat with his profile next to it to see the skype name visible? Like it has mentioned here a few times. Use a middleman for the hs beta keys. I had a conversation with Pr3cious when hs keys just came out if he wanted to middleman for the hs keys. To bring the scamming down in the hs trade section. And he has done one hell of a job. Just almost the people that are not using a middleman are getting scammed now mostly.

thanks for your sympathy guys. I dont usually do this kinda thing so i had "trust". plus i didnt think anyone would try anything even if we were using paypal, but i was wrong. I tried to get a screenshot of the profile and chat but it kept only screenshotting the profile only, instead of the whole screen. Tips?

Just got back from work. I do alt+ prt screen. Thats how i got the other ones to take a screenshot of. But for some reason when i got them both up if i do the alt prnt scrn it only focuses on the viewer profile tab and ignores everything else behind it. Never encountered that problem before.

I also contacted paypal about my 2 cases, im making a claim for. Even with proof and screenshots they say the chances of me winning the case are slim to none. That i should contact my credit card company to work with pay-pal as well. For KobeBryant24 he tried emailing a 18 digit number to paypal to try and resolve the claim, but the beta keys are 24 digits long.
