    Question about bans

    Just two quick questions hopefully somebody can answer for me. I'm a newbie who was refereed here by a streamer to buy HS Beta keys, and I got scammed. What I want to know is, when a moderator bans someone (a scammer) do they just ban that account or do they ban that IP Address entirely? Also, does it take more that one infraction to be perma banned?
