Explain what happened:
Offered to sell 175 coins on Warmane private server for .4 euro each, sent Paypal invoice, I paid. Proceeded to give false reason to why he couldn't transfer (I do have 2fa enabled) and removed/blocked me immediately. Never got refunded.
