Explain what happened:
Paid him first for wow private sever coins,
then he said he can't send the coins, and accept to refund, but its been more than 3 days, he still not refund.

this simply isn't true ,the coins was being held because of the 72 hours lock that applies after a donation.
the guy was a pain in the ass , he refused to wait until it releases and kept messaging me literally on 3 am on my sleeptime , we couldn't even have a communication because of that , he kept threatening me like an outraged kid.

coins are sent btw,have fun!

don't recommend trading with this guy.

Check the record i talked with him please, i wrote to him and said 'can you refund the payment now and i will pay you again when you can send coins' , he replied sure.
And then i cancelled with the buyers.
About the time problem, i already told him that we are in different timezone, even if i bothered him in night, Is this the focus of the problem?

LordKazzak, Please Provide a valid proof of delivering for all mentioned chars please and make sure please the proof really clear with charsname/server/coin amounts/transaction date etc, mostly yu can find from the transaction history page or something on WM site

I can also confirm that LordKazzak1 is a scammer. We made a deal of 69 coins for 20.7$. I was even kind enough to send him 21$. Then he began telling me that the funds are being held and started ignoring me completely. I'm in contact now with PayPal and will do my best to keep this guy off from scamming other people ever again. Also, when he realized that he can't withdrawal the money, he immediately answered me and told me that NOW he can send me the coins. I died in laughter and declined the lovely offer. I do have pictures of the whole conversation, can provide them to support U4GM statements. I can also say that he uses different PayPal accounts, since the paypal gmail he provided to U4GM is different from what he gave to me.

Lordkazzak1, has been banned for scamming, was online and ignored my reply about providing a proof of delivering, and he accepted before to refund and ignored buyer for 3days without any reasonable reason
