On the 2 of October after talking with the guy for more than 2 weeks he confirms me that everyone who is needed to move on with the payment and the service is ready. I pay the required amount and proceed to give him the details necessary to move on. He confirms the money went through and tell me he is currently contacting live support, I ask him to keep me updated on the progress of the service and he just disappears and does not log in for the following seven days.
Today after not hearing from him, not having the service done and finding out that he had been previously banned multiple times for scamming other people on this forum, I opened a dispute with paypal about the transaction.
Only after that he magically came online, within an hour, trying to point at me as the scammer and "wanting to talk". In the talk that followed he also forged a screenshot with a modified ebay message trying to save his cause.
