Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: Refused to complete the service because he couldn't communicate with the team, and then "refunded" my money. After a couple hours waiting I have still not received my refund. During this process he also lost me 24SR.

In addition to this, if you compare the first screenshot to the one he posted on Discord (https://i.gyazo.com/b56e5c40111931aa...75df2ad177.png) you can see that my transaction has the text "The original purchase was made on 8 April 2018." above it, whereas his doesn't + where the date is displayed his says "Apr 8" whereas mine says "Apr 08". This is leading me to believe that his screenshot was edited.
