It is my first time posting on this forum.
I came across a scam/bad communication during a trade and I'm hoping either the seller steps up about his side of the deal,
or actions being taken against him.

Explain what happened: We agreed on the sale of a TCG card. I'd give him half of the money, than get the code, and send the other half of the money after receiving and testing the code. After sending the first half, the seller never replied to me. The first time I got any reaction from him, was after I opened a dispute on PayPal. He now refuses the finish the trade or to reply any further.

I will add the whole skype conversation I had with this person so you guys can read what I did and said. I'm more or less hoping to finish this deal, than to get the person banned. I hope he replies to this thread, so we can finish what we started and so I can send him the other half of the money.

Additional information:
I waited a long time to ask my money back to PayPal (unsuccesfully because we used "Friends and Family"). I only took these drastic actions after I saw another post in this forum by the original poster. I also found out through his skypename/forum name he was active on Steam during the period of no communication. So I knew he was checking his computer. I will also take further actions against this person on other forums he is active on when he doesn't finish the trade.
