Scammed by Tmumk12

The user Tmumk12 posted an ad for GTAV cash that I responded to. He had me send him money via paypal and told me that he would be back in 15 min to exchange the GTAV cash, it has been an hour and a half and he is now ignoring my messages on Kik. He is now ghosting me on all messaging services, and his name on KiK is a fake one. This was my first time ever making a purchase on this site and I'm pissed.
