Explain what happened:
At first he asked me to send him 20 euros even though he wrote 21 USD in his post.

I intended to buy 2 overwatch keys but wanted to buy 1 first, if his key code worked then Ill buy the 2nd key.

After arguing the price, I sent him 21 USD which converted to 18.90 euros. He claimed that he did not receive 18.90 euros on paypal and that he only received 17.xx euros. He stated that I needed to send him 20 euros before he could sent me the keys and that he will do 2 keys as a discount.

Therefore I sent him another 4 euros.

After sending him over 20 euros in total, he went offline on skype.

I sent him numerous skype messages afterwards and emails but to no avail.

I applied to Paypal for a refund and now waiting for a response.

Do not buy from this guy!!!!

A bit disappointed that Admins removed my post when I pointed out that he was a scammer and allowed him to continue to scam people before I made a full report. Should have at least stopped his post until investigation cleared. I see that another person may have been scammed too!
