Possibly scammed looking for advice on chargeback

Hello, I recently bought was contacted by a person looking to sell his account through playerauctions, we decided to go through paypal to avoid the playeracutions fee and having to wait 1 week for bank draft etc, I have all logs of our conversations, I have proof of him confirming he received the payments and after so he fully stopped contacting me and never provided me with the account details, I'm curious what others would do in this circumstance, i'm going to be doing a chargeback through my visa as this is my first time doing this i'm not fully aware of all the steps i should take and was looking for any advise at all. thanks.
