Explain what happened: So I advertised for owenom hack, he PMed his skype... we chatted over skype, he proved valid of owning the hack and that he could get its HWID reset and sell me it. Sent him the money and he immediately signed offline and he signs on and off and never responds. This happened over 5 hours ago and still no delivery. I have already contacted the developer of the hack and he said with the proof I hve sent him, that he will receive consequences.
