Explain what happened:

Never going back to this guy, bad experience for buying the my first account to begin with, this guy scammed me just so everybody is aware, i bought a $20 and the girl at the stand apparently put 15$ on my steam card accidentally.
So i got back from a long ride from time asking if he was ready and was ready to pay, so upon pay he said it was 15$ i have no way to prove that it was $20
but even if it was $15, i have the receipt and the physical form of the steam card along with the chat that was used to make the private transaction with skype.
Complete silence from then on redeemed my code and never replied with a solution basically just a snatch and grab(what he did to me).
