Explain what happened: 'John' added me via Skype, I confirmed his identity by having him post in my thread. He sent me the battle.net for his DH on Demon Soul. He wanted $100, but I explained to him that it's not a high pop server, not really within my wheelhouse, so he agreed to lower the cost to offset transfer fees. I told him that I wouldn't pay over $60, he agreed. He then spent the next couple hours of my life wasting my time by coming up with constant excuses and bullshit. I will be disputing, but it's quite obvious judging by his other posts that he had full intent to continue re-selling the same character, if he hasn't already. Please don't drag your feet on this one, because he needs to be banned ASAP. Evidence should be more than sufficient. Thanks...
