Okay so where to begin.
This post involved 2 moderators of ownedcore, D3Pleveling and DvAsystems.
I purchased a bot from DvAsystems, tried it and realized it was just a rehash of a free program widely availble, almost the exact same and performed subpar. So I was unhappy I just bought a program for $45 and decided to post a negative review.
I posted my review, it almost immediately got deleted and I got this warning PM from D3Pleveling:
So this was completely false, apparently him and DvAsystem are buddies or something and DvAsystems convinced D3Pleveling that this new reviewer (me) did not buy the bot. So this warning was unjustified and should not have counted as my first warning.
I get on skype with D3Pleveling and prove that I bought the bot and told him to restore my post. He did not tell me I was breaking any rules explicitly and just "kindly asked" that I be less harsh on my review and not to mention other programs. This sounded more like a suggestion than flat out telling me I was breaking rules and to edit my post. If he told me the latter I would have edited out the other program part of my post, but instead I left it the way it was.
So the next day I log and receive a PM that my post has been edited to another false claim. D3Pleveling changed my post to "I purchased the bot but did not like it because I was unable to get it to work". This is completely false, I did get the bot to work. I had been in contact with DvAsystems on initially having trouble with the bot but got it to work on my own by downloading and switching operating systems.
Now I was pissed off and make a new post of the original with a note at the bottom, and recieve 2 infraction points from D3Pleveling for "flaming after asking you to stop":
....
Now I had been in contact with kurious about this incident- he mentioned it was being looked into and I figured the main reason my post was against the rules was mentioning two other programs in my review. So I made a new post which did not mention any other programs. I do not have a copy of this because it was edited by D3Plevling, but im sure a mod can see what my post was.
I simply stated I have tried much better overwatch bots and his was bad. At the end of my post I put "PM me for more of my opinions/information"
Shortly after I log in to see that I am banned from D3Pleveling, and he edited my post to "I purchased the bot and did not like it." :
Now, I would like to know how saying "PM me for more of my opinions/information" is equal to "trash talking a seller". I added him to skype and he flat out refused to talk to me and immediately removed me.
which brings me here. I think this needs looked at, all im trying to do is post my experience with a bot but am getting shut down by two moderator friends working together left and right. I have a new review ready to be posted but would like to run it by a different moderator to be 100% sure I will not get banned by these guys.
