Explain what happened:

User gave me a price for selling him gold on WoW US Sargeras Alliance, and Dalran server. (0.265 per 1K)

Sent him gold and he said that he would send me the money in about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

He has been avoiding me since and telling me that Western Union takes 1-2 hours to arrive. I then demanded him that if he doesn`t send me the money i will report him here.
He gave me a passport photo which i will give only to the admin for security reasons. Then i asked him if he wants to return the gold to me or give me the money on paypal, which he won`t answer. Unless the user gives me my money, i will forcefully try to take it back with blizzards help

I agreed with him for Western Union Transaction, this is was not possible, I contacted him today and I told him the next options

I can pay him on MONDAY or give gold back on same day.

He contacted me and told me if i want my money or gold back...I see on the thread that he said Western Union is not an option but he himself told me that if we do western union we would have to split the fee 50 by 50%. I told him to cut it off my money which he said its okay...He also here states on the thread that He will give me my gold back today (if i want my gold back) and then on skype he tells me I will give you your gold back until monday 7th....still a little fishy. Nevermind i don`t want the gold, I WANT MY MONEY which we agreed for
