Explain what happened:
Added him on Skype, asked what he buys my gold for. He offered extra good price for my first 300k because he had demand.
Just before we were going to trade he needed even more. I traded 425K gold through my Guildbank.

Proof:
Sending the whole Skype-conversation. In Skype 4 he says the name of his toon.
In the pictures you can see the gold he took.
