Explain what happened:
Contact a guy about buying account
We sort out a price at 425 euros
He gives me details
I pay him
Hes using new paypal account so therefore his money gets held for sometime
Says he will give CD-Key and ID images when the money is transferred
I used the account for a while - bought boosts, legion, battle.net services (NAME CHANGES- CHANGED THE NAME ON BNET ACCOUNT TO MY REAL NAME)
The day the money clears into his account i get an email 'Hi Martin, someone has changed the details on your account'
Martin is his name the name i changed it from so he has opened a ticket and got the details changes reverted, changed email and password, even the battletag.

I spent 150 Euros on a name change.
50 euros on legion.
40 euros on boosts.
75 euros on character transfers.
also my MAIN 865 HOLY PALADIN(which was not on that account when i bojught it) is on there.

I am willing to settle this with the guy but hes not replying on skype, I've already started a paypal chargeback and begun a dox.

First, I wish you good luck on your PayPal chargeback if you have been scammed.
Secondly, name change services is not allowed on OwnedCore so this is nothing we can help you with.
We will look into this case and if we find proof he scammed you, this member will be banned.

Martin has decided to stop ignoring me and it turns out his "friend" has access to his account and his ID so thats what happened.

Sorting out a refund, will report back here if all goes well.

Okay so the guy has refunded me 395 Euros. He believe this is acceptable despite me paying 425 for the account and spend 95 Euros ont he account. PROOF: http://lol.s-ul.eu/p5Vj2TRi

Baring in mind he clearly took the account back by force, without consulting me. The only reason hes messaging me is beacuse i have a lot of his irl details.

Allow me to comment on this topic from my perspective, because you are harming my name and putting bad impact to me.

First of all, I had to say that I didn't want to make a trouble or scam anyone! No doubt about it! I had my topic about selling my WoW account on this site, also on other site for a while (exactly since august 2016), there were a lot of people contacting me (look at screenshot of my skype list skype_list — Postimage.org , you can contact those people and ask them about me, if I scam them or anything you want). Alot of people gave me much, much, much better offer than you, if I really wanted to scam or harm anyone I had much better opportunities to do that. There is no bad feedback on my topics except this case, I did not scam anyone!

So lets see:

We agreed to when I got my money from Paypal I'll give you CD-keys and ID. Since I wasn't been home from 23rd october (day I got money from paypal, screenshot see here bank — Postimage.org) I can not give you CD-keys and ID scan till I came home which was yesterday, the day when I found your messages on Skype.

I do not want to be rude or anything, but you are wow account seller with alot of experience (you said you are doing this for living), why did not you wait till I give you ID's and CD-keys and then bought boosts, legion etc..? You should know that till you don't have ID's and CD-keys it's not your account, and you have spent alot of money on foreign account. That is not my responsibility where you are spending your money. Im sorry but I do not see this as my problem or fault.

Do not understand this. Yes I have changed my originally battle tag before I gave you my account to battle tag "Godmode" so you won't play under my nickname. It was the first day I gave you login info and all other stuffs. Do not know what did you wanted to say by that.

I wasn't been ignoring anyone, I just wasn't been on skype for like 2 days or so. (I'm not sitting all day long/every day at PC so this might happend sometimes).
Friend of mine has access to my account (he also has ID) which was the problem of this case, he sometimes play when I was inactive but it was months ago. He didn't know that I'm selling my account and when he saw all those emails about battle.net login changes and other stuff he thought it was hacked. So he recalled it.

On that video there is your 425€ before fees (after fees it was 410,2€) and those other numbers are without fees yet.

Wait for the ID from the person who took the account back. When you recall a battlenet account they ask for an image if your ID next to your face so how did your friend do this? Why can't you just drop the 'my friend did it' it's oldest trick in hte book and not 1 person believes it.

If you got the money before then the images of your ID and CD keys should have been delivered that day and prepared before hand.

There is nothing to discuss, I gave you 425 euros for a battle net account, spent over 200 more on it and less than a month later it was taken away from me by your 'friend'. Ive offered you to give me 410 (you can keep the fees you are so adamant im not getting back) but the clear money ive spent on your account I want back aswell. Just by the fact hes saying its not your account after paying him directly, screams scammer as ****.

Chargeback all the blizzard services This will lock the account(s) and force him to pay for the stuff you paid for in the shop.
Card services will almost always side with the holder. I learned that after being scammed before. Regardless if the payment cleared

I hope nobody buys this guys bullshit.
