The vendor don't send the username and password, always send incorrect information about the account.
1- When pay is ok, vendor say only an username
2- after send a mail, with the issue. vendor send a invalid password.
Simple copy and paste the user name and pass in PTC web and say "username and password not valid"
3- after send another email, vendor send another password
Simple copy and paste the user name and pass in PTC web and say "username and password not valid"
4- Silence, the vendor say nothing.
Simple copy and paste the user name and pass in PTC web and say "username and password not valid"
SCAM?? Yes
Paypal dispute send few minutes ago. Don't buy. 10$ to trash
