Explain what happened: This person purchased a Greater Rift 75+ Ready Gearing Package for his Diablo 3 character on the 23rd of October 2016. The package was delivered on the 26th of October 2016.
The next day he spoke to us on Skype claiming that his character is not geared enough and doesn't have the damage to clear the difficulty that we promised it would. He tried to convince us that we got "lucky" and that's why we cleared a GR 75 run.
We did our best to convince him that we actually geared his character more than what we had promised. He then asked us to show him proof that his character can clear a Greater Rift 75. We agreed and recorded a video of his character clearing a GR 75 run with plenty of time left on the timer. He never replied back to Skype after showing him the proof and a day or two later he filed an unauthorized claim through PayPal.
We got in touch with our PayPal contact and he was able to determine that there is no such thing as an unauthorized transaction through IP logs. The case was closed in our favor and the money was released back to us.
